Delivery and Returns
Policy
At Wood and Bates, we pride ourselves on freshness. We produce our products in small batches to ensure quality. While we typically ship within a few days, please allow up to 7 working days from your order date for delivery.
Shipping details:
• Carrier: Yodel
• Signature: Usually required upon delivery
• Cost: £4.50 flat rate
• Free shipping: Orders over £30
Gifting - We're happy to ship directly to gift recipients. Simply indicate it's a gift and provide the recipient's address when ordering.
Refunds and Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your Wood and Bates product, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
• Items must be unused
• Original packaging and condition required
• Refunds processed within 7 days of receiving the return
• Shipping costs are non-refundable for non-faulty items
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your order securely. However, if your item arrives damaged:
1. Take a photo of the damaged item
2. Contact us within 2 working days

We aim to resolve damaged item issues within 72 hours by offering a full refund or replacement (subject to stock availability).
